Edward VII

The King Edward VII Coronation Medal was a commemorative medal issued in 1902 to commemorate the coronation of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra.

The medal was issued in gold, silver and copper to people who attended the coronation, or participated in the coronation parade.  It was issued to members of the Royal Family, dignitaries, senior government officials and service officers involved in the coronation parade.  

The medal's obverse side has a profile of King Edward VII, the reverse side has a profile of his wife Queen Alexandra.
